Terms of Service (TOS) – Axiom Reseller Dashboard

1. Disclaimer

By accessing, registering, purchasing credits, or using the Axiom Cheats Reseller Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your reseller account, credit balance forfeiture, and license key revocation without notice or refund.

2. Payments & Chargebacks

2.1 Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal attempts of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, PayPal dispute, credit card reversal, or similar action will result in an immediate permanent ban, full forfeiture of remaining credits, deletion of all associated license keys, and blacklisting from future services — no exceptions.
2.2 All credit purchases are final. There are no refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or rollbacks under any circumstances.
2.3 You are responsible for all transaction fees, currency conversion costs, and taxes associated with your purchases.

3. Virtual Credits

3.1 Credits are a virtual, non-transferable, non-refundable balance that can only be used within the official Axiom Cheats Reseller Dashboard to generate license keys for Axiom Cheats products.
3.2 Credits have no real-world monetary value outside the dashboard and cannot be cashed out, transferred between accounts, sold, traded, or gifted.
3.3 Credits never expire unless your account is terminated for violation of these terms.
3.4 In case of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback risk, we reserve the right to freeze or deduct credits without prior notice.

4. License Keys & Reselling

4.1 License keys generated through the dashboard are for resale to end-users only. You may not use them for personal use unless explicitly permitted.
4.2 You are allowed to resell license keys to your customers at any price you choose. However, you may not publicly distribute, leak, share, or give away keys for free outside of legitimate sales.
4.3 All end-user license keys remain the property of Axiom Cheats. You are merely authorized to resell access under the end-user license agreement.
4.4 Any attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, share, leak, or mass-distribute keys (including to cheat forums, discords, or Telegram groups) will result in immediate account termination, credit loss, and legal action where applicable.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

5.1 All software, cheats, dashboards, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and any other content provided by Axiom Cheats is protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, disassemble, distribute, resell (outside authorized dashboard use), lease, or publicly display any Axiom Cheats content without explicit written permission.
5.3 Violation of our intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination, credit and key revocation, and potential legal proceedings.

6. Product Issues & Functionality

6.1 If a generated license key does not function as advertised, you must report the issue via our official support system first.
6.2 We will investigate and, if the issue is on our side, replace the key or credit your dashboard accordingly.
6.3 Issues caused by end-user system configurations, third-party software conflicts, updates to the target game, anti-cheat detections, user modifications, or misuse are not guaranteed to be resolved.
6.4 During investigation, affected keys may be temporarily suspended. Once resolved, remaining days will be restored or compensated.

7. Support Requests

7.1 All support inquiries (technical issues, billing questions, key replacements, etc.) must be submitted through our official Discord ticket system.
7.2 Support provided outside the ticket system (DMs, public channels, email, etc.) is not official and not guaranteed.
7.3 We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but response times are not guaranteed.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
Attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the credit system
Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal payment methods
Harass, threaten, or spam our support team or community
Promote or sell Axiom Cheats products on blacklisted platforms (known cheat-reselling scam sites, certain forums, etc.)

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1 Axiom Cheats reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
9.2 Continued use of the reseller dashboard or purchase of credits after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
